We use the lamps in our home office which was more like a cave than a place you want to spend time. With the new lights we are so much more comfortable and they really light up the room. We love the dual pull chain feature which allows you to control how much light you want. The lamps take two 100 watt bulbs which really gives ample light. I don't see any downs at all. [...] They took all of 15 minutes to assemble and it was really easy. Four hands were helpful in the assembly part. You just can't beat them for the money.
