We put this light in our entryway. It's a heavy light and Well made. It would of been a job to get this light up ourselves. We had a professional put it up and we also added a dimmer. Best idea. It's nice to just have it low and when on full it's a good amount of light. It looks neat and clean. At first I thought it may be way to big for the area but I am happy we went with it. No regrets
It's a handsome light. I guess pretty sounds frilly. My only wish is that I had not paid full price last year! Good luck
